Problem in installing Multi Client Manager

Problem in installing Multi Client Manager

Hi,

Since we are upgrading from 7.1r1 to 7.5, we are trying to install Multi Client Manager. But we are facing some problems in it.

When the Setup exe is clicked for the Multi Client Manager to install, the option to select the language pops up. Then, it says installtion starts and nothing happens after that. But when I browse through the Programs folder, there is a folder created for Multi-Client Manager. When I click the MultiClientManager exe there, it says "Unable to open connection to the DataStage Multi-Client Manager Service. Please ensure the service is installed and started". I do not find this service available in windows Administrative Tools ---> Services too.

My userid do have the sufficient privileges as Administrator. Please let us know if anyone have resolved this problem in installing Multi Client Manager.
