There are several, problem is the various parts of the technique seem to be scattered around in multiple posts. I know what's involved but couldn't really find everything laid out all at once.
Here is one decent example that I could find. Other suggested Exact Match search keywords for you:
multi-row result set
multiple row result set
build.index
create.index
Someone should really write a FAQ for this.

In Transformer stage properties you can check the option for reference link with mutli row result set and enable this.

You only got one thread when you searched for
what? Are you still looking for 'multi-row' information or VOC entry help now?
If still the former, did you try some of the keywords I suggested? Oddly, it was made at a time when the clock on the server was borked, so it shows up before your original post, but those keywords worked for me. And I directly linked to one as well.

Thanks Josh,
So if we check this option and in the lookup there are multiple rows which are matching the key,all these rows will be selected?
Thanks

Yes, and this option will only appear if the Reference Link originates from a UV or ODBC stage.
