Job aborts in half the way

Job aborts in half the way

Hi,
while running the sequencer one job aborts in half the way.
It is giving the following Fatal warning in director.
Database is informix.

SQLSTATE=S1000, DBMS.CODE=-243
[DataStage][SQL Client][ODBC][DataDirect][ODBC Informix Wire Protocol driver][Informix]10843

Help me to resove the problem.
