Hi there,
I'm having trouble accessing DataStage remotely. I have remote-accessed it regularly, but suddenly started experiencing a problem. I'm able to access the network fine, but the DataStage application wont open. The error message that comes back is:
"Failed to connect to host: rchapp005.sysdomain.local, project: prod (The host name specified is not valid, or the host is not responding (81011))"
Has anyone else experienced this error? What's the best course of action?
