Datastage Client side Plugin setup

Hi i am trying to install SAP Client s/w on windows XP. and I am getting following error.

An Error occured during the move data process: -119
Component: ABAP GUI
File Group: ABAPProgramDLLs
File:C:\Program Files\Ascential\DataStage7.5\DSR3UI.dll

Is there anything corrupted?

Any suggestions pls.
