Job Freeze..

I just want to know if i dont use Link Collector,then Hash file is going to be corrupted or not.?
because my other team member got this kind of problem in past that why they recomonde to do so.
so tell me about that,

No corruption for doing multiple writes to a same hashed file. The corruption that your teammate encountered must be due to some other reason.
