DS 7.5 connection problem (81011) - WinXP SP2

Hi,

DS Server and Client are installed on a same PC Win XP Pro SP2.
But, when I can't go in Administrator. The error message is :

Failed to connect to host: \\localhost, project: UV
(The host name specified is not valid, or the host is not responding (81011))

When I use "Telnet Localhost", I've the message :
Welcome to the Datastage Telnet Server
Enter User Name :

So? I suppose that that the server is run correctly.
What must I do to run Datastage ?

Note : previously, I can start DS Manager/Designer/... with a RJ45 on it self

Please, help me to start DS without this RJ45.
