Guys,
We have DataStage installed on an nfs mount with local and active driectory users. It is causing considerable grief at the moment in trying to get a stable environment.
Looking at some of the posts I guess you may not be too surprised!
We have been able to use DS in the past but we ran in to problems, it appears, when we had to change the dsadm password. It was changed locally and globally.
Now we cany run the services from root. Trying to start them from dsadm leads to a pass word request and permission errors.
Has anybody experienced this before?
We've checked the usual suspects such permissions within the DS install, but we're beginning to run out of options!
Look forward to hearing from you.
Bob.
