Hi User As If / Its Me,
dsjob is not a TCL/UV command. It need to be executed in command prompt. dsjob is a executable available in $DSHOME/bin.
If you want to stick to Administrator command, you can use SELECT NAME FROM DS_JOBS WHERE NAME NOT LIKE '\\%'
By the way, SIYF (Search Is Your Friend).

Impossible doesn't mean 'it is not possible' actually means... 'NOBODY HAS DONE IT SO FAR'

You are using the wrong tool. To start a DataStage job from a client too, use the Director client.
While it is possible to invoke dsjob from the Administrator client command window (using the DOS verb with /C switch), it is an entirely inappropriate mechanism.
