Please help me in getting the information related to certifications for datawarehousing as well as datastage.

When I <a href="search.php">searched</a> DSXchange for 'certification' I got 95 matches.

Do those posts not answer your questions?

I bet they do, its just a matter of utilizing the search engine.

yes I searched that search engine before.I agree that it provide us a wealth of information.
However I could not find any certification information related to Server Jobs.(Probably not released!!)

Hence I was a bit curious to know if any certification for server jobs is available and any updates regarding that.

Would be grateful if you could provide any info related to that.

No certifications for Server Jobs and i believe there are entries about the same in previous posts.

The only certifications that are currently offered are DSEE and QualityStage.

Try The Data Warehouse Institute (TDWI). They may offer DW certification.

There is a Exam 705 : Business Intelligence in IBM. Just clear one. :D

That's the DataStage ETL tool) certification, Basil, not a DW certification per se.

Hi Hema,
Exam 705 is for DW and 415 is for DS available in IBM. If you do a search in this site, you can get lot of pointers on DS certification. Apart IBM, there are some other DW certification available as mentioned by Ray. Even Infiormatica, Teradata, Cognos, Microsoft and SAS also offers BI certification.

Hi Kumar,

As I am currently working on Datastage 7.5 server jobs,I thought of having some certification related to this area as well as DW concepts.
However as the server jobs certification is not yet released,I would go for either TDWI Certification for DW or IBM's DS Certification.

IBM's DS Certification is PX certification. Exam 415, the link that been posted.

IBM has no plans to offer a certification for server jobs.
