Determine current "Inactivity Timeout" in effect

I have searched for the answer to this but I cannot find it. Since the "Inactivity Timeout" value does not take effect until the daemon is cycled the value shown may not be what is currently in effect.

How then can one determine the current setting that is in effect? Looking at value in DataStage Administrator client is NOT the correct answer. Thanks for your help.
