Matches. Use the matches command. Basically your constraint will look like DSLink5.CONTRACT_TYPE matches '...PMO...A...')
On second thought, never tried that, i know for sure that '...PMO...' works but dont know if something like '...PMO...A...' will work. Give it a shot and let us know.

As per your second answer, you can use a before/after stage routine to fire a script via a small routine using DSExecute function. Or you can even leverage it in a sequence job using the Execute Command Stage.
