Welcome aboard. :D

Read the error message.
It is not a DataStage problem.
Your Sybase connectivity has not been configured.

Thanks Ray
We could connect to the sybase from Sybase client connection tool SQL Advantage but we are not able to connect from the DataStage.

Sybase server is up and running fine.

Does it required to configure anything from the Datastage Server? appreciate your quick solution.

You must install the Sybase Open Client software on each node and edit $SYBASE/interfaces to add the aliases and network addresses for the servers you want to access.

You may (will) also need to assign values to your SYBASE environment variables in the DataStage dsenv script.
