folder stage

Hi
I am using Folder stage to extract PDF files. and i set fully Qualified parameter as YEs .but i am getting following error.

: DSD_DIROpen Failed to set NLS map ISO8859-1 on directory

Can you share your idea.

How many columns do you have defined in the Folder stage - one or two? I am also curious how you are planning on 'extracting pdf files' with it.

PDF files? That will be cool. When I saw this I started searching all the Help files about extracting PDF file as I did not know that Folder stage can extract PDF files. I though it was just for XML or CSVs or flat files.

You may need to set NLSDEFDIRMAP in uvconfig, or to use SET.FILE.MAP to set the map for the directory. Or you may need write permission to the directory to create the hidden file in which the map name is stored.
