RT_CONFIG403 error, RT_STATUS389 from DS Server

We are receiving the following errors from the DataStage Server on Windows OS

1. Cannot open executable job file RT_CONFIG403
2. Failed to open RT_STATUS389 file

Other error got is

Error calling subroutine: DSR_EXECJOB

Can someone who has seen these type of errors, tell us What is causing this and how to resolve.

I have tried to search in the old treads,but did not get any result.

Try being more focussed with your search, for example "failed to open RT_STATUS". Choose exact match or all words as the search methodology. They're definitely out there.

Was your support provider any help, particularly for the DSR_EXECJOB error?

Check the size of the folder where RT_STATUS and RT_..............files store, if it is full(hardisk space) then you will be not able to execute the datastage job.

Otherwise, clear the log files of the datastage job which created this error and rerun it only for 10 records and check it .................then it should be fine..............

At worst case, Manually delete the RT_CONFIG403 and RT_STATUS389 file iside the folder and delte the datastage job and recreate it(deleting the files and datastage job is not so easy)
