Cannot import one job

Hi All,

While I'm importing some jobs to Dev environment, the connection is dropped. When I reconnect and import again, I can not import one job, complaining <JOB NAME> already exists but it cannot find in repositoary.

Please advise.

my first impression, Check if you have logged on to the correct project folder (dev environment) and viewing the correct repository ...

If you cannot see the job in the repository yet importing the DSX fails then the first step I would suggest is to rebuild your indices. You will need to enter TCL or go via the ADMINistrator to issue the command, make sure you are the only person using DataStage and then enter DS.TOOLS and enter option (2) to rebuild the indices. This has a good chance of working to solve your problem.
