Hi
What is the difference between XMLInput and XMLReader and similarly XMLOutput and XMLWriter?
What are their purposes?

XML Input and XML Output are stages that map XML documents to and from rows and columns, respectively. Refer to XML PACK Designer Guide for more information.

I have found no mention of XML Reader and XML Writer in the standard manuals.

You have specified a server job yet posted in the parallel job forum. Please advise which job type this is.

I've never seen XML 'Reader' or 'Writer' stages - perhaps they are synonyms for the XML Input and XML Output stages. Where did you encounter these terms?
