ds_loadlibrary: Win32 error in LoadLibrary of dsidoc.dll

when I am trying to extract data from IDOC using DS SAP plugin getting error "ds_loadlibrary: Win32 error in LoadLibrary of dsidoc.dll - The specified module could not be found."

what this error is?

checked for the dsidoc.dll it in system 32 directory.
how to resolve this error.

The dsidoc.dll library is probably not properly registered.
