Importing metadata

hi,
i got a problem about importing metadata from a sequential file.

i am getting this error.

DSR.MetaGeta:Cannot open files DS_METATEMP.

OS IS WINDOWS XP.

can any one help me with this ....

Is this a new installation?

This is the first time i installed in windows XP.

Are you Administrator or just a user? Have you restricted permissions on the project, or user groups in anyway?
