Datastage Client Installation on XP SP2 pack issue

Datastage Client Installation on XP SP2 pack issue

Hi All,

After installing Datastage Client on XP SP2 pack. In job sequence i am unable to opening Jobactivity stage, notification stage etc., Please suggest me there is any patches available for Datastage client on XP SP2.

Hai Dude,

You will need to apply xpsp2 patch for Datastage client.

Install the patch as follows:

1) Create a temporary directory
2) Unzip the patch into the temporary directory
3) Run the setup.bat file, it will prompt for the installation
directory of the client.

Hi Sateesh,

Where i can get xpsp2 patch for Datastage client? Is it in the installation files. or we need to get from some site.

please suggest me.

Hai,

Better ask your Datastage product Vendor.You can't get it in installation folder. :x

Normal where it will be there in the installation folder.

It is not in the installation folder. It must be downloaded from the eServices web site. If you search the forum you will find a link to the actual page.
