I am getting warnings like these

TABLE1..Transformer_1: At row 2793, link "To_N"
Inserted value too large for column, row rejected.

TABLE1..Transformer_1: At row 2769, link "To_N"
Inserted value too large for column, row rejected.

Can any one help me to resolve.

At the specified row, the column "To_N" has a value that is larger than the specified length in the metadata. That is why it is giving you that warning. Ask the dba to increase the length of that specified column. Ask him what the new length is, change that length in your metadata as well.
That should do the trick.

Or check the reason why you get large value of data in the unexpected length of the column...
Impossible doesn't mean 'it is not possible' actually means... 'NOBODY HAS DONE IT SO FAR'
