Problem loading 0 records in SAP BW

Hi All,

I am loading data into SAP BW using (Load Pack For SAP BW) stage. Source is a sequential file.

Problem:
My source sequential file has 197 records i process the records and all the 197 records get rejected, so 0 records are loaded into SAP BW. Now the next time i run the same job i get the error that (Infopackage is either Scheduled or Running) in director. If anyone has faced the same problem then can you please provide solution for the same.
