Unable to View Arabic Data

Hi All,

We are trying to read arabic data in the sequential file.
The source file is in UNICODE format.when we try to view data in the sequential file,we see junk characters.
we have tried changing the NLS settings to UTF8,MS1256 & UNICODE properties enabled.
Even I tried searching forum but unable to resolve the issue.
Any help is appreciated.......

In DataStage, what you view is not always what you get. If you output your data to a sequential file and then use the same viewer that you do for your source data it should be the same.

u r source file shhould be need to give the unicode options the target to load file what ever it is not aproblem then open with wordpad it will be appear. or ur target is datbase the give nls none option import to excel can able to appear

:-Some times u have to previliges in ur syatem also

all the syatems c,t able to see then pls see to with word pad
