When your company purchased DataStage they had the option of getting a support contract with the purchase either directly with the manufacturer or through a third-party support organization. Most companies will purchase this support contract not only to get telephone/email support but also to ensure that they get future versions of the product.

Nobody here can tell you where to go for support; you need to speak with your company's purchasing department or internal support organization for that answer.

XML can be frustrating to work with, but a lot of the learning process is trial and error.

Yes, it can... and yes it is.

Kalpna, isn't there someone there in your organization that can help you with all these XML questions? :?

I didn't ask if there was anyone else to help you with DataStage, curious if you had anyone there who could help you with XML questions.

You still need to determine who your support provider is.
