Goto to DS Manager, go to the folder you want, select all jobs and right-click choose "Move-to ..." and type in the new category.

If the category already exists, just drag and drop.

Chandra,

in your Manager you can use the standard windows functionality of selecting, dragging and dropping. If you select one or more elements and right-mouse-click you will find the "move to" that Ken has referred to.

Are you in a protected project? Are you trying to move between projects?

You can drag drop the jobs in Designer from one category to another.

There are some views in Manager which allow the drag and drop and some not, test and switch the project View.

Aha! That's true... make sure neither of the 'special' Views are activated: Host View or Extended Job View - then you should be ok.
