oraoci9.dll error

I am using Oracle OCI 9 stage in my jobs. I am getting the following error

"ds_loadlibrary: Win32 error in LoadLibrary of oraoci9.dll - The specified module could not be found."

I have gone through the forum and tried everything that has been mentioned in the previous posts (adding paths in system and DS environment variables, copying the dll in the system32 folder etc.) I have even re-installed the Oracle Administrator twice and have also re-installed JRE on the server (Oracle was using JRE 1.1.3 while DataStage was using 1.4.2), so I installed 1.4.2 on the server. Still no luck.

Any ideas??

Did you restart the DS services after adding the entries. Even I had faced the same problem. So what has to be done is , after adding the entries, RESTART THE DS services.

Didn't work when we restarted the DS services, but started working when we restarted Windows.
