Datastage agregator is giving error "Invalid Number&quo

Hi,
Having problem in Agregator stage while running my job,
I have two fields, one is customer_node_ID and other one is charge. i am doing sum(charge) grouping by customer_node_id.

when i run this job i am getting an error stating "Invalid Number"

kindly give me some input why i am getting this error.

Data type and Sample of data would work.

That is bcoz of char/null values are comming in charge field.

More info would be flow of job stating stages.
The copy of the exact error you get as seen in the log from the DS Director.

I think what you'll find is probably that your column had an invalid number as data in one or more of the rows you fed to the agg stage.

An empty string or space or similar.
You probably need to cleanse your data prior to the agg stage (someting like converting empty strings, spaces and such to a defalut value of zero)
