Hi,

Go to the "View" and check the "repository". You would be able to see all the jobs in the repository. :D

IHTH.

Okay. Then go to "Tools". Click on "Options" and then under "Appearance", click on "Repository Tree". Then in the category customization (in the right hand side), check the "Show Jobs" button.

You should be able to see the jobs after this. Let me know if you are still not able to see the jobs in the repository.

IHTH.

Hi,

This sounds interesting! As far as I know, in Administrator there is no option to block the view of jobs. Sorry but I can't think of any other reason.

Anyone else who can help?

Thanks!

Try DS.REINDEX ALL when no-one is using any DataStage client. It's possible that the reindexing, though run, was prevented from gaining the exclusive access to one of the Repository tables it needs.

If you want, you can check the status of individual table indexing, for example:

Code: Select all

LIST.INDEX DS_JOBS ALL
LIST.INDEX DS_JOBOBJECTS ALL

If you are on 7.5.1 and XP then you need to download the XP patch from Ascential.
