Unlock Jobs by modifying VOC file..?

Folks,
Is their any way that Devloper can unlock the DataStage jobs with out using Kill command.How can i read the UV.VOC FILE to insert these commands SET.FILE UV VOC UV.VOC and COPY FROM UV.VOC TO VOC UNLOCK to unlock the jobs.i mean is this the right way or wats the best way..!

Hi Har,
For this you have two options:
1)you can unlock the jobs from CleanupResources found in Director.
2) In administrator, type ds.tools in command line and choose option 5.

Changing the VOC does not unlock anything.

If you use DS.TOOLS to unlock, the requisite entries are moved to your VOC file automatically.
