UanableToRead rec err in Version Control ComponentRetreival

doing a project initialization (select all was used) in Data stage version 7.5 Version Control - while the Retreiving Data Stage Components aspect of the initialize was running, I got the error message "Unable to read record. Error: 0

The project being initialized had a DS Designer seesion open, no jobs open though. I thought that was the problem. I closed everything, re entered Version Control, ran initialize again and got the same error. I hit OK both times and the initialize seems to have completed both times.

Any one ever gt this error, or is it really an error as it says Error : 0 ?

wondering if this is something to be comcerned about or will it pop up everytime we do an initialize?
