Can you stop and start all the DS process from the Start -> Setting -> Control Panel and the DataStage icon or restart the machine?

If you do a "telnet <ds server>" can you login with your userid/password and then use account <yourproject>? If yes, at least the DS Engine is working.

Do you know if you had a system crash or other untoward event between the time that the system was working and now?

1.Nope cannt restart the services from start.
2.Telnet is not allowing to login in the server. Gives a error-->
"Unable to attach to given directory."
3. The only untoward event was hanging of many clients connetcted to the server and then abnormaanly they were terminated ( disconnected).

Sounds like you really need to re-boot your Windows server. Broken files (like your unable to open/find RT_LOGnn messages) are usually only seen after a crash or similar catastrophic system event.

After the next restart, the telnet to your server should work. Once you get into the DataStage environment, enter DS.TOOLS and run

( 4. Check integrity of job files)
(2. Rebuild Repository indices)
