Unable to connect to Datasatege Client (Director,Designer)

Dear Ahmed,

I checked the properties for the project."Everyone " group has been given Datastage Developer permission.That means all users have mentioned permission.Then why is director not opening.

As I mentioned earlier I'm getting error while login into Director.
That is after I give userid/password and when I click on project list to select the project,I get the mentioned error.Project list is not shown.

Then how the problem is related to specific project as per your suggestion earlier ?

This error occurs generally if password is not correct. But since you said that, u also tried after resetting the password, some problem with the userid u r using. Check with the administrator.

Have you tried login to DS with different userid (with no admin rights)?
