Merge 2 files

Hi ,
I am using the merge stage with Compelte Set option, it works fine but a issue, like I have 2 columns in file1 and 2 columns in file2.
The output is like

Col1 col2 Col11 col22
01 01
02 02
011 011
022 022

Any way to merge 2 files with same columns?.
I did try the link collector , it gives an error because shockingly my flat file columns dont populate on the output end!

Did you rename the first file's column name before adding second?

Hey The issue was resolved, I was not giving the symetric metadata.
Thanks for the idea though.
