Excel output from DS 7.5 Table Definitions

Hi,

We had the ability to take Ascential Datastage Table Definitions and turn them into excel spreadsheets before but we have lost the recipe. Is there some kind of shareware that does this, or a sequence of things you do in Datastage and then on the excel side. The output excel file would have the column name, Declaration, length, etc.. We only have Excel 2000 (not 2003) so I don't think we can read XML directly.

Try reporting assistant from DataStage Manager.
