could not stop job in DataStage Director

Hi,

I'm having very strange situation. The job status in Datastage Director indicatd the job is still running, but when I asked Datastage Administrator, he told me he did not see anything running at all.

I tried to stop the job, it does not work, and Clear Status File Menu is grayed out. When I use dsjob -jobinfo to look at the job status, it is UNKNOW <96>, how should I do about this job?

Reset the job and it can be ready to run.

One way of doing is to ask the administrator to restart the DSEngine.

Another way is to try to compile the job.
