Unable to unlock a job

Hi,

My designer was not responding so I had to close the designer. Now all thej obs that were open got locked. I tried to unlock them using DS.TOOLs and it says I have insufficeint previleges to perform lock maitenance
and from clean up resources though I say Log out on that ID it doesn't log out. I dont know what else to do.

Any ideas?

You need Admin rights. :D

Do a search on this forum for "unlock jobs"

Go to director. Use Job---->Cleanup Resources. Look for the process associated to your job, and press logout button there. This will release your jobs which are locked thru that process number.
Also you can kill the process from the unix command line.
