Sending job parameters to a SAP Pack??

I am trying to implement a solution where I will be able to input two parameters to my SAP extract. I need to extract data from SAP according to these limits. (There is actually a file of these upper and lower limits).

I know ABAP Extract Pack cannot have an input. What other ways I can try to accomplish this?

I think I didn't word this clear enough but I hope you get my point..
