DataStage and Oracle 9i

Will DataStage version 5.2.2 work with Oracle 9i? We currently use it on Oracle 8.1.7.4 with a client of Windows XP and no problems. All jobs are Oracle to Oracle.

Technically, yes. You would need to contine to use the 8i client and the OCI8 stage, but you should be able to work with a 9i database that way.

We're either going to get rid of DS or upgrade it but right now we want to test the 9i's new functions with some other schemas on the box.
