DB2/AS 400 - duplicate rows problem

hello,
My source is DB2 running on AS 400 and staging/target is DB2 runnin on AIX.
Ascential is running on WIndows.

There is a job that pulls data from source and loads the staging table. The problem is that though there are no duplicate rows in the source I get the unique key violation error. If I remove the unique constraint on the table about 24000 rows are getting loaded twice.
If I say view data on the source - I dont see duplicate rows.
I tried the various parameter /transaction size settings.
Nothing worked....

Any1 has similar problem ? ANy help is appreciated..

Array size of 100 and transaction size of 100 fixed the problem :-S
Can anyone help me understand why ?
