Abnormal termination of stage

Hi!!

I am transfering the data from source to stage.
The above stages are resided in Oracle 9i database. When i am using direct mapping oracle(Source) -> Transfoemer -> Oracle(Stage) getting the below error.

Abnormal termination of stage JSTG01B2C602.. detected.

Source volume of data 158000.

Kindly let me know how to solve this problem??.

Not enough information.

What happens when, after the job aborts, you reset it? Note, this is not recompile, it is the 'Reset' option available in the Director, the two backwards facing arrows like 'rewind' on a VCR. Let us know if, when you do so, any entries labelled 'From previous run...' appear in the log and what their contents are.

Hi,

I am transferring 150000 thousand rows from source to stage, using direct map (Both Oracle DataBase on HP-UNIX).
Data was transferred, but job was aborted.

When check with Director getting the below error.

Abnormal termination of stage JSTG05TRNEBL1…. Detected

Let me know why this error occurs!! How can we rectify???

Open your director for the aborted job. Use the reset button in the menu. This will give bring more logs to your director. Read those information and post it. We can help you.
