Please clarify follwing points

Hi Everybody,

Please clarify me on the follwing 3 points.

1) Using DataStage can we able to load from DB2UDB to TANDEM? If yes how can we achive it?

2) If at all we are get thru in the first step how long DataStage will take to load 2 millon records with some trasformation?

3) Is there any encryption of data is allowed in DataStage?

Please give me answer or give me some link from where i can refer answer for these points.

Let's see...

1) Don't know anything about TANDEM. If there are ODBC drivers for it, preferrably wire drivers so you don't need any client software, then the answer would be yes. Otherwise... [shrug]

2) Too many variables to answer that. You'll have to let us know how long it takes on your system.

3) Allowed? Sure. You'll have to provide your own encryption algorithms, as far as I know.
