Ambigus Error:Transformer_8: OLE DB provider error

I am getting the following error Transformer_8: OLE DB provider error: The statement has been terminated.

my job consits of a sequential file feeding to a transformer going to a SQL server bulk loader. The job worked fine last month. The only change is that I had to add a column to the data source and data destination. The columns were added to the end and all the trnasfroms needed were added. I have rebuilt the job to no avail. If anyone has seen this please help me sort this out.

Looks like it was a meta data mismatch. Always remeber to look at your meta data
