Job is being accesed by other user - no one is accessing !!!

Hi,

I'm trying to open one of my jobs but it say its being accesed by other user.
But no one is using it.I tried releasing locks/logout options but nothing is working..... Pls help me out

I would like to know how to kill it or release locks in a detailed way...

Do you Have to try in the module director to make a "clear status file" on the job concerned?

When I have the problem, I proceed in this way and it goes, but it is in V6...

Hi -

Most likely someone lost the connection while having this job open. You will get this error when trying to access the job afterwards.
