Error while deploying the job

Hi,
I am getting following error while deploying the job. The error is
Couldn't transfer D:\Metastage_Projects\RAVIN\INV\GS000000.DIC to D:\Ascential\Projects\RAVIN\DIC\GS000000.DIC; Error(12003)
I know the problem is with configuring FTP server.
I had worked with that FTP Server from command prompt. It is working fine. I can able to transfer files across the server and client location. So there is no problem with my FTP server.
From the log of FTP Server I came to know that the command issued by the Quality stage server is:
> STOR D:\Ascential\Projects\RAVIN\DIC\GS000000.DIC [10.237.86.136 <- 10.237.86.136 : 2758 (23-07-2004 17:27:07)]
> 501 Invalid Parameter [10.237.86.136 -> 10.237.86.136 : 2758 (23-07-2004 17:27:07)]
The command issued by QS will not work because FTP servers usually won't accept such parameters(It will only accept the file name not the full path).
So what I should do to get rid of this error.
Note,
There is no problem in connecting QS and that FTP server.
Thanks,
Ravin.
