Hi,

Can some one explain what are false positives and false negatives in quality stage.

A false positive is where 2 records shouldn't really be classified as a match, but get a high enough score to get past the match cutoff.
A false negative is the opposite: 2 records should match, but don't score highly enough.

Reducing or eliminating them is about setting your cutoffs well and finding ways to get the ones that should match to get a higher score, and reduce the score for the ones that shouldn't.
