QS Match Job Hangs

Hi,

i have developed a match job in Quality stage and made a block based on Country for the two input files. The job is running for more then 6 hrs and dint show the completion message, but when i checked in the unix directory for the output files(Match,Clerical,Residual) all are created, am not sure whether the job is finished, if its finished why the job is still in running state? Should i need to do any setting change or something?

File A has 79,000 records
File B has 29500 records

Am very new to Quality Stage, so pls help me out in this.

Perhaps the response from qsrtmngr is not being received?
