Can someone please tell me what is Param 1 in Match Stage. I am aware of m and u probability, but not exactly sure what impact Param 1 has on match and what are the acceptable values for this.
I am unable to use UCERT match without supplying a value for this.
Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks!

Re: Param 1 in Match Stage
DSScholar,
For Uncert match type param1 will be expecting the cutoff threshold, which is a number between 0 and 900
Normally you used below values:
900. The two strings are identical
850. The two strings can be safely considered to be the same
800. The two strings are probably the same
750. The two strings are probably different
700. The two strings are almost certainly different

Param1 is different things for different match styles (you can find out from the on-line help or manuals) but is usually the certainty level cutoff as indicated by JRodriguez.
