Ruleset Locked by User

Am receiving error "Rule Set 'xxxxxx' is locked by user 'xxxxx'" when trying to open (or use in a job) a PREP ruleset. Is there a way to unlock the ruleset via QualityStage Client?

You can get user 'xxxx' to close the Rule Set editor.

Otherwise go to Session Management in the Web Console for Information Server and disconnect the session 'xxxx'.

One odd thing I've noticed is that is person A has a job open that uses a rule set, then person A has also locked that rule set from persons B, C, and D. I have also noticed, at least on our system, that person A has to close down DS to completely unlock it. It seems to take more than just closing the job.

Yeah, we get that all of the time. The person who supposedly locked the ruleset has to close down their instance of DS Designer to "unlock" it. Lame.
