Match Designer - Test All Pass error

Hi , When i am trying to create a Match specifications while running "Test All Passes" following OSHErrorLog is generated. can any one please suggest solution in this.

If you installed NLS in your product you may have this problem. Due to incompatible codeset you may have this error.

error occured due to column name is more than 30 charecters.

... which is a DB2 limit, not a DataStage limit. However, with the ability to use DB2 as the common repository, it's another thing of which to be aware.
