WAVES rules

Please let me know whether there is any .PAT file for countries with WAVES rule.How to create override for those countries.

WAVES is separately purchaseable. It performs address validation by reference to a "database" (set of classification tables, really) that is kept updated by the vendor, which explains most of the additional cost.

Create overrides in the usual way. There's nothing really different about how you actually use WAVES - it's like any of the address/area rule sets, only more comprehensive.
